My lab and I have conducted research on a wide array of systems that involve parasitic and other symbiotic relationships with wild organisms. I conduct evolutionary, systematic and genomic research on the Order of parasites that includes those that cause the disease malaria in humans.October 18, 1937 – August 30, 2017. Funeral services for David J. Peterson, age 79, were held Wednesday, September 6th, Reverend Pastor Tony Rhodes presiding. Mr. Peterson transitioned to glory on August 30, 2017, at St. Peter’s Hospital. David was born on Oct. 18, 1937, in Fosston, MN.; the son of Arthur and Lillian (Geldaker) Peterson.
