Easy, quick walk. May 2016 • Couples. This is a 1.6 mile remnant of a former interurban trolley line. It is straight and level, mostly dirt with a few sloppy spots. At one point trees arch over the pathway making a very peaceful setting. For the most part, however, it was just a rather plain and uninteresting walk.Great place to stay. A little rustic but and the water stinks but can be a very relaxing place to sit on a small beach and let the kids run wild. We camped at Shired Island Campground in a Travel Trailer.
