Illustrate concepts basic to nursing practice: community, community client, community health, and partnership for health. 3. Discuss the relevance of the nursing process to nursing practice in the community. 4. Solutions to community problems have two major flavors: political action and direct action. Political action is the process of pushing governments and firms to address a problem. For example, pushing state government to help phase out air pollution in a city. Direct action is the process of directly working to solve a problem as a community.
