However, if you dont mind using the pirated version of the game, you could get a repacked version of the basegame, or one with minimal dlcs, then install anadius' sims 4 updater to update to the latest version, and manually select in the "install dlcs" window which dlcs you want ...Put the dlc.toggler.exe and the dlc.ini into the same folder where your __Installer, Game, Delta, etc. folders are.
