2006 F 250: 6.0 diesel..the TBC Fault light comes..trailer..plug. Actually its a 2006 F 250 with the 6.0 diesel. Lately the TBC Fault light comes on, after every other (or so) engine start.TBC Fault Hazards not working Fuse 18 pops when hitting the brakes No trailer hooked up Fuse does not pop from hazards ... I had a similar issue with one of my work trucks- 2011 F250 XLT gasser. That truck ended up having a corroded chassis harness connection to the the 7 pin trailer plug.
