My comcast TV boxes are reporting XRE-03059 code on about one third of my TV channels. I suspect low RF signal could be the issue. Here is an image of RF spectrum scan at the cable box input. Total signal power across entire 760 MHz spectrum is -28.8 dBm or 20 dBmV. Signal level per 6 MHz channel is about -55 dBm or -6.25 dBmV.All of my neighbors qualify.
