I'm not sure about other people but for me the best way to learn a language is to actually go and code stuff in it. I took 211 and 214 together last sem and that's basically the way I learned C. Just code the fundamental data structures from 112 in C from scratch and use the internet to help you out when you get stuck on something.Learn C if you really want to prepare for it. In simple terms, learn memory management and pointers. Then implement all the data structures you learned in CS112 in C.
