Psi bois get to call their Big Daddy Shroud to give them very powerful buffs. This compensates for relatively weaker buffs. Don't forget though the Shroud is pure RNG, you can go entire games and see absolutely nothing of value out of it.It costs influence but helps out to start. Make your the bigger of the two habitable worlds your industrial world. Manage your mineral income as needed to build that and maintain it.
