Go ahead and select the TTMP/TTMP2 file you downloaded, and click on Open. A new window opens up showing you what files are in the ModPack.TexTools is basically a program that patches the files, then you close it up and forget about it until the next patch. Do remember that any time the game is going to have a patch of any size (major, minor, etc) you need to at minimum go into TexTools and disable all mods before installing the patch.
