I recently purchased a 12 gage 601. Once assembled it will not eject a shell or load a shell. UPS who has a contract with Chiappa refuses to return the firearm even with a prepaid shipping label from Chiappa. The only way I can see that the barrel could slide forward out of the receiver is if the mag cap nut was loose, or stripped out somehow.
