there is a ci whispering ice tri-curse build out there. I played it to start the league and it was an easy 39/40 challenges. (Killed shaper with it but that was hard - the DPS is fine but mobility+dps is not easy). The build is super cheap and oustandingly tanky - with insane dps for mapping.
