I've heard about elemental damage, Blunderbluss and a few other things-- but I wanted to know what the best mods for it are and if anybody has a build that can hopefully nuke around lvl 80 enemies.The Arca Plasmor only has 28% status chance, so short 2% of the magical 100% to have a status build, so you'll need the four 60/60 mods, and Nano Applicator, but it isn't pellet based, so that's fine. For crit, it has 22%, which is pretty good, but a 1.6x crit multipier, which is lower than the normal 2x, so it's decent to build for crit, but ...
