For anyone that comes across this post with the same issue my problem appears to be a faulty usb-c cord that came with the pro. Seems to be working fine. Puffco got back to me same day. When updating the device will shut off, and won't restart until the update is finished. In rare cases the base sometimes vibrates during the update process, but it shouldn't affect the update. If you were unable to complete the update please see our troubleshooting here on recovering a base after a failed firmware update.

You broke it bro. This was a big problem on the OG, you either broke the port or by how many times you’ve plugged it/how hard you’ve plugged it you’ve loosened the connections. Hello, I’m having problems with my puffco plus pen. I don’t know if it’s my pen or the charger. The pen flashes green several times but it won’t turn on.
