How to reset a ring floodlight camera
Make sure the camera is powered up. Or the battery is charged. Locate the reset button atop the camera. Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds. After releasing it, the status light located at the bottom will flash a few times indicating the camera is restarting. The camera settings are now restored to its factory defaults. If you haven't done any troubleshooting steps yet, a good place to start is to reset the Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After this reset is complete, set the Camera back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. Hi @clinntf. There is no additional way to put the Floodlight Cam into setup mode. The setup button on the top of the Camera must be pressed in order for the Floodlight Cam to go into setup mode so that you can change the wifi network or reset it.
